Upstairs there is one double and one single room. Both overlook the south-facing garden. |

The cottage has a CD/cassette-radio but no TV or phone. A variety of board games are kept in one of the cupboards. The wood burner and a night storage heater give most of the cottage's heat and both bedrooms have small electric radiators. An immersion heater heats the water. If you have a small child, a cot is available. Guests are asked not to smoke in the cottage. |

The garden is enclosed by a wall and hedge adjoining an orchard. There is a bench and a large wooden picnic table. Use the barbie and enjoy a summer's evening. |

The ground floor is mostly open plan with a low beamed ceiling. It features a well equipped kitchen with microwave, a dining area, bathroom with heated towel rail, separate loo and living area with wood burner |
